This groundbreaking book, written especially for Black women of all ages, is co-authored by Eleanor Hinton Hoytt, president & CEO of the Black Women's Health Imperative and award-winning health journalist Hilary Beard. Health First! provides Black women with the resources and understanding required to reach their full physical, emotional, and spiritual potential.
