Move your body and you'll get fitter each day! Regular physical activity is an important part of the Healthy Living Initiative. Experts suggest adults should be active at least 30 minutes, five or more days a week.

From the right gear and tools to offering you a selection of fun and funky exercise plans, fitness articles and health tips to help you stay fit, here is where you start working on improving your cardiovascular health, losing weight and feeling good on the inside and out.
